Shaiya Conflict – Official Games Rules
Using any Shaiya Conflict service means you agree to follow all rules listed below.
1. Social Rules
- Impersonating Staff members is strictly forbidden.
- No insults, toxicity, harassment, targeted negativity or witch-hunting.
- No spam or flood in any chat channel (Trade, Area, Raid, Guild, PM).
- Do not disturb Staff hosting events. Toxic comments are forbidden.
- No racism, xenophobia, sexism or discriminating behavior.
- Advertising other servers is strictly forbidden.
– Direct advertising (links, invites, messages in chat) = Permanent Ban
– Profile advertising (tags, bios, redirections) must be removed if requested by staff. Refusal = Perma Ban
- English required in Trade, Raid and Area Chat.
- No explicit, adult or sexual content.
- Offensive or staff-related names will be forcibly renamed.
2. Gameplay Rules
- Boss Rules:
→ Bosses must be called in Trade Chat.
→ Raid must be open (auto-join).
→ Loot must be in Team Order.
→ Manual Raid only below 30% HP.
→ No kicking unless AFK or not present.
→ Smaller raid must join the bigger one.
→ No drop/rejoin to manipulate loot order.
- Mini Boss Rules:
→ No Trade Chat call required.
→ Can be done solo.
→ If other player(s) arrive, you must invite them.
→ Manual Raid only below 30% HP (with Team Order Loot).
- PvP Raid Rules:
→ Raids must remain open.
→ Kicking only allowed if naked, AFK or ignoring commands.
→ A second raid can only be created once the first is full.
→ Gameplay intended only to excessively disrupt or prevent a specific player from participating in an event for a long period of time, without normal PvP intention, may be considered toxic behavior or anti-gameplay.
- Faction Change (FC):
→ Must accept FC when host asks for balance.
→ FC Back only when host approves.
→ Refusing FC or interfering with balancing = violation.
- Kill behind guards are forbidden.
- Single KS tolerated. Repeated KS = harassment.
- Hacks, bots, stat padding, packet editing, automation and major exploits = Permanent Ban.
- All bugs must be reported. Intentional abuse is forbidden.
3. Account Rules
- Account ownership = email used at registration.
- Account sharing = Permanent Ban.
- Dual Faction forbidden. Same-faction alts only (shop/buff/OI entrance).
- Real Money Trading (RMT) = Permanent Ban.
- Admins/GMs may temporarily lock accounts for investigations.
4. Reporting Rules
- Reports must include screenshots or video evidence.
- Date, time and character names must be visible.
- Reports without evidence may be ignored.
Penalty Table
Penalties are based on the table below. Some violations result in permanent suspension on first offense.
